Project NIIDAN 1.0
Phase I Complete · Community-Based Tuberculosis Elimination Drive
IntenCiv Healthcare has successfully completed Phase I of Project NIIDAN 1.0 — a large-scale active case-finding initiative aligned with India's National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme. Between 23 July and 31 December 2025 we led end-to-end field implementation across 11 locations in Nagpur city, screening 25,283 people.
The results speak for themselves: 53 microbiologically confirmed TB cases and 7 more Cy-TB cases among household contacts, every one linked to care under NTEP. It took only 477 screenings to find one TB case, and about 23 molecular tests to confirm one. This multidisciplinary effort united Mylab's molecular diagnostics with the clinical and institutional expertise of IGGMCH Nagpur.

Project NIIDAN 2.0
Earned by Phase I performance · Starting October 2026
Phase I's performance has earned us the trust to continue. Based on the success of NIIDAN 1.0, IntenCiv has been given Phase II — a significant achievement for our team and a mark of confidence in our field delivery.
Phase II begins in October 2026, and the formal agreement (MoU) with Mylab Discovery Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is officially in place. Over 12 months we will screen 75,000 people across urban and rural Nagpur — three times the reach of Phase I — using the same proven cascade: verbal screening, AI-assisted chest X-ray, RT-PCR confirmation and household contact screening, with notification through Nikshay and linkage to NTEP treatment.
