Dr. G. S. Toteja is a distinguished leader in healthcare and diagnostics with nearly four decades of experience in medical research, public health, and institutional leadership. He has served in several senior capacities at the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), including as Additional Director General, one of the highest positions within the organization, and as Director of ICMR-NIIR-NCD Jodhpur.

He also led as the Chief Executive Officer of Jodhpur City Knowledge & Innovation Foundation (JCKIF), an initiative supported by the Government of India and IIT Jodhpur.

With over 60 scientific publications in reputed journals, Dr. Toteja’s work spans nutrition, epidemiology, infectious and non-communicable diseases, and public health policy. His contributions have shaped health programs and research initiatives across India.
